Perth Chinese New Year Fair is back on Sunday 29 January 2023 to celebrate the Lunar New Year – Year of the Rabbit. Held between James and Lake Streetss, Northbridge Piazza from 12 – 9 pm and Yagan Square from 12 – 7pm. Rich in culture and full of entertainment, featuring highly anticipated lion and dragon dances, multicultural concerts and zodiac lanterns display.

About this event

This annual free admission street carnival is one of the largest and most popular community events in the City of Perth with an annual attendance of 20,000 visitors, volunteers and participants. Come celebrate the Chinese festival and culture and the cultural diversity of the Western Australian community with stalls, art and craft workshops, competitions, games and rides, and colourful cultural performances.
