As we gear up for the upcoming Perth Chinese New Year Fair 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that next year is the Year of Dragon, the event is going to be bigger and more vibrant than ever! To make it a truly unforgettable celebration, we are in need of enthusiastic volunteers to join our fantastic team.
Whats New:
The event area will extend from James Street all the way to Yagan Square, creating an expansive and lively event area with two cultural performance stages. One at the Northbridge Piazza and another at the Yagan Square Amphitheatre.
In the heart of the City of Perth, a Golden Dragon Sculpture, designed by upcycling artist Ken Allen and Professor Zengtian Sun and assembled by the entire Chinese community of Western Australia, will be showcased for a duration of two weeks. Also, Perth Sign at Yagan Square will mark the first occasion in history embracing the vibrant theme of Lunar New Year.
If you have a passion for community events, cultural celebrations, or just want to be a part of something special, this is your chance to shine! Your support will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this grand celebration.
